Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
Welcome to Your Place, your perfect Black Hills getaway! Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples retreat, reunion, or group adventure, this newly constructed luxury home offers the ideal combination of comfort, entertainment, and convenience. Located just outside of Lead with fully paved roads and attached garage access, you'll enjoy easy year round access while being just minutes from the best attractions the Black Hills has to offer.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, Your Place features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a private en suite full bathroom and a TV. Every bedroom includes a king bed, and two of the bedrooms also feature twin over twin bunk beds, making this home ideal for both adults and kids. An additional 2 half bathrooms provide extra convenience for larger groups.
The heart of the home is the open concept living area featuring a cozy gas fireplace, oversized kitchen with plenty of seating, and everything you need to prepare meals after a day of exploring. Need to catch up on work? A dedicated workspace with desk makes remote work easy.
The fun continues in the massive garage game room. Gather around the full bar, challenge friends to ping pong, shuffleboard, or darts, and enjoy your own private entertainment space regardless of the weather.
Step outside to relax in the private hot tub, gather around the gas fire table, or enjoy meals together on the spacious patio dining area while taking in the fresh Black Hills air.
As a guest, you'll also have access to the community building at Powder House Pass, which includes a game room, kitchen, and a heated outdoor pool with fire tables. During the summer months, the larger swimming pool and splash pad are available for additional fun.
Traveling with an even larger group? Book both "Your Place" and "My Place" next door for the perfect setup. Keep everyone close while still enjoying plenty of space. After all, what's better than making Your Place and My Place become Our Place for an unforgettable Black Hills vacation?
As more and more people are visiting the Black Hills, the area is continuing to expand. We are excited that more people are falling in love with our area but unfortunately this means there is construction going on near the property as others build their own properties. Please be patient with us as this is frustrating for us too but ultimately out of our control.

We absolutely LOVED staying at this home for our family vacation. The host went above and beyond to respond to any of our questions and to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house is not only beautiful, but the beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We had access to the community pool/splash park which our kids loved and our own private hot tub. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
