The property is excellent, especially its location; it is close to the beach and some leisure spots. It would be a good idea to make a few changes to improve the house—for instance, the fans on the terrace and in the master bedroom,The front landscaping should also be better maintained to match the quality of the house. But overall, it’s a great place to stay; my family and I had a wonderful time.

Upon check in we realized the ice maker was not working so I called to report it and was told that someone would be in touch. The next day, I called again and they had no record of me calling the day before. The property management company assured me again someone would contact me about the ice maker and I never heard from anyone our entire stay. The property has some deferred maintenance. The pool is in desperate need of resurfacing. The coffee table is about to fall over, one of the toilet seats is broken, the master bed is about to collapse (we noticed when looking under the bed upon check out). It was also disappointing to discover that the 3rd bathroom was actually outside. The AC needs to be rebalanced as the room on the front of the house is extremely hot and even with the box fan provided it was uncomfortable to sleep. I would say the location was the best perk of this property. Not sure I would stay here again with 3 couples because of the bathroom situation.
