Summary:

Open the lanai door to lawn and shade trees, take a quick swim across the way, then settle into the slower rhythm of Kauai's North Shore. This recently remodeled Sandpiper condo sleeps two in one bedroom and gives a couple an easy base at the entrance to Princeville. The shared pool, hot tub, and grills are directly close by, while Hanalei is about four miles down the hill for beach time, local food, and a change of scenery. Golf and Foodland are nearby when the day calls for something simple. Come home to the trade winds, make dinner in the full kitchen, and let the lanai be the place you linger before the next day's adventure. A relaxed fit for a couple that wants North Shore access without overcomplicating the trip.

The Space:

This recently remodeled one-bedroom, one-bath condo is arranged for two guests, with a full kitchen and a living space that opens toward the lanai. A grassy lawn and trees sit just outside, creating a softer view than a parking lot or walkway. WiFi and a flatscreen TV make quiet evenings easy, while washer and dryer help with beach towels and longer stays. The lanai catches the trade winds, a welcome natural breeze after a sunny afternoon.

Guest Access:

This Sandpiper condo at the entrance to Princeville gives guests access to the shared pool, hot tub, and spa, all just steps from your lanai. A private entrance and patio make it easy to settle in, with the beach nearby.

The Neighborhood:

Princeville sits high on Kauai's green North Shore, where lookouts, golf, and broad ocean views set the pace. Hanalei is about four miles down the hill for beach days, local dining, and a slower town afternoon. Stop at the Hanalei Valley lookout on the way, then choose Hanalei Bay or Anini Beach for the day. It is a great base for families who want Kauai's lush scenery with supplies and restaurants close enough for easy planning.

Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.
