The dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 5 guests to share good meals together. The open and well-equipped kitchen is located just next door and includes: gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as everything you need to cook as if you were at home.

A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet are located on the ground floor.
