If it’s good food you’re after, simply potter down to the cafe below the property for a delicious breakfast or take a stroll to the village’s long-established ice cream parlour for a frozen treat.

Head upstairs to the light-filled, open-plan living space, where windows on three sides frame mesmerising views across the dunes towards the sea and the surrounding countryside. Sink into the comfortable sofas to watch the Smart TV or just relax with a book and enjoy the scenery from the picture window. The large dining table is perfect for bringing everyone together for sociable mealtimes after preparing nibbles and dinner in the kitchen. If you’ve brought your laptop, there’s also a desk and chair to catch up with emails. A step from the landing takes you to the light and airy fourth bedroom, which has a king-size bed and ample storage space. With windows on three sides, including a large picture window, you can wake up to wonderful views of the sunflower fields, dunes, and the outside cafe space below. Completing the second floor is the family shower room.

The spacious garden, which is enclosed by mature shrubs and fencing, is a lovely spot for relaxed al fresco dining after your days out exploring the area. Fire up the gas BBQ to enjoy a grilled treat and linger outdoors until the light fades and the starry dark skies take over. Private parking is available for up to eight cars in the parking area adjacent to the house.
