These amenities are provided exclusively for guests with celiac disease or wheat intolerance
(free add-on service)

Two compartments with additional utensils for gluten-free cooking are available and fully stocked (GF
cookbook, Tupperware, mixer, baking pans, cutting boards, bread basket, toaster, and other
kitchen utensils).

The concept is complemented by a Miele steam oven/microwave, in which people with celiac disease can prepare their
meals in the oven separately from food containing gluten.

The kit also includes separate cleaning utensils (dish brush, sponges, dish towels,
drying towels).
