A charming little apartment in the historic center of Capitone, a small, ancient village just outside Narni, converted from an old convent and located across from a small church with a bell tower, dedicated to St. Andrew the Apostle, built in the 12th century.
Cozy and full of charm, this vacation home is the ideal place for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and authenticity.

The Space
The spacious and bright kitchen-dining area invites you to enjoy moments of togetherness thanks to its large table that seats four. It features a TV and a charming corner fireplace that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The window offers an enchanting view of the ancient church, while the exposed beams add character and charm to the space. Guests have access to a new refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and everything needed for cooking, including new dishes, plates, glasses, and cutlery.
The living room, spacious and very bright, is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking: a comfortable sofa, a desk, a 55" LED TV, and a large closet. The exclusive view of the bell tower ensures maximum privacy and quiet.
The master bedroom, intimate and cozy, features a window with shutters, ideal for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.
The spacious and functional bathroom is equipped with a sliding door, a window, a shower, and ample shelving, offering all the space needed for maximum comfort.
The brand-new wooden window frames and front door are fitted with mosquito screens to ensure comfort year-round.
The property also includes a large, dry basement, accessible from the entryway, which is used as a laundry room: here you’ll find a washing machine, a large sink, and ample space for bicycles, suitcases, and equipment. There is also a fold-out bed with an extra mattress, useful for any additional needs.
