Trebarwith Strand’s pet friendly beach is nearby with a long stretch of golden sands backed by flat rocks. The South West Coast Path is accessed from here, offering wonderful walks with glorious views of the north coast. Also close by is the medieval village of Tintagel where you can visit Tintagel Castle, one of the most spectacular historic sites in Britain and where you can walk over the stunning new 60 meter bridge set between two cliffs, and the picture postcard fishing village of Boscastle. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include stunning Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. In addition, and just slightly further afield, are the coastal villages of Port Isaac, where TV’s Doc Martin is filmed, Padstow and Rock are all well worth a visit and a haven for foodies.

The cosy living area boasts comfortable sofas placed in front of a warming wood burner and Smart TV, this is a perfect place to sit back and relax after a busy day exploring. The dining area is perfectly placed for a leisurely breakfast or an evening meal. The perfectly appointed kitchen area is brilliantly equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment and coffee machine. Completing the offering inside the property is a king-size bedroom which has been lovingly fitted and furnished, and finally a bathroom with a bath and WC.

Located outside and directly to the front of the property there is a small patio area with a bench to sit out and enjoy the warm weather, further to this is a large five-acre shared dog-walking paddock with cut paths.
