The Neighbouring Appledore, Instow and just four miles away, the town of Bideford offer a choice of well-regarded eateries, some interesting independent shops, and a working harbour, from where visitors can join one of a range of boat trips.

The dining table is situated behind the seating area and nicely separates the kitchen area from the lounge. This contemporary kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, whilst a freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer can all be found housed in a separate utility room. The apartment’s three bedrooms include the stylish master bedroom suite, which boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room with WC, and sea views from the patio doors which lead out to the balcony. The other bedrooms are a twin room, and a bunk bedroom with full-sized bunk beds (suitable for adults) which also has a selection of children’s toys.
