Although it enjoys a quiet location set within rolling countryside, the popular seaside town of Sidmouth is just two miles away and offers two lovely sandy beaches and a range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Just a little way around the coast from Sidmouth, the towns of Torbay are all popular with visitors, each with its own unique character. From Torquay, a bustling town with chic bistros, to Paignton, a wonderful family-orientated resort town with a zoo and a steam railway which runs just above the seafront.

On entering this first floor apartment stairs bring guests directly to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This lovely sunny room offers stunning views over the neighbouring countryside, giving guests a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The lounge area has comfortable sofa seating, a TV with Freeview and DVD, as well as a window seat from which guests can enjoy those breathtaking views. At the other end of the room, a small dining table is set just next to the kitchen area, which is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and small freezer located just inside entrance. The property’s double bedroom is tastefully decorated with wooden furniture and there is an additional pull-out bed available should it be needed. The bathroom offers the best of both worlds whether guests want a long relaxing soak in the roll-top bath or a quick refreshing shower as there is a large walk-in shower, there is also a WC in this room.

Outside, guests are able to enjoy the owner’s enclosed meadow, a gorgeous natural area with mowed paths which lead down to a pond and seating area.
