Plymouth and Exeter are both easily accessible, as is Launceston with its castle, the ancient capital of Cornwall. Golf and cycle paths can be found locally.

Upon entering this single storey property, you will find yourself in the bright open-plan lounge/kitchen diner with a door leading to the outside. Curl upon the comfy sofas and watch your favourite film on the TV/DVD, enjoy a romantic meal for two in the kitchen with oil fired Rayburn, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Head further into the property to the lovely double bedroom with vanity area and an en-suite bathroom with shower bath and WC.
