During October through to December, you can see the local beach host of one of the largest grey seal colonies in the UK, providing a breeding ground for over 1500 pups each year. A little further afield is Louth, the picturesque historic capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds, and Horncastle, a thriving market town famed for antique-selling. You will also be within driving distance of Mablethorpe, Cleethorpes and Lincoln, all offering shopping and attractions.

Step into the cottage and into the spacious open-plan kitchen/diner with high ceilings and exposed beams. This space offers everything you need to cook a hearty meal such as a double range electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, there is a work surface freezer, with nearby dining table to enjoy your efforts.
