The property sits in a quiet location close to the village centre. The nearby restaurants, pubs, supermarket and shops provide plenty to enjoy and explore. The beach is a short walk away and stretches for miles in each direction. You're not far from Saltburn with its beautiful pier extensions, funicular train and the beach. Walk along the promenade of multi-coloured beach huts or paddle along the shore. Walking enthusiasts and nature lovers won't be disappointed either, with the scenic coastal path close by, and the North Yorkshire Moor National Park within easy reach. The beautiful seaside villages of Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby are all within easy reach.

Stepping into the property, you will find yourself in the lounge area within the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, you'll instantly feel at home. The beautifully furnished lounge with comfy sofa and a Smart TV with Sky including Sky Boxsets & Sky Sports, offering in-house entertainment, is the perfect place to relax for a cosy night in. There is also space for dining in, to enjoy a romantic meal for two. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, to prepare a meal or hearty breakfast. Heading upstairs to the first floor, is a light bathroom with shower over bath, to enjoy a soak at the end of a busy day, and WC. The bedroom has a double bed, perfect to get a good night’s rest before a day of exploring.

There is a garage for storing bikes, and is an ideal place to clean the dog after a long walk.
