Walkers and cyclists should follow the Llyn Coast Path, which promises breathtaking sea views, while culture lovers will enjoy a visit to the nearby Criccieth Castle, Portmeirion Italianate village, or National Trust Plas Yn Rhiw, all within 15 miles.

Up a flight of stairs to the next floor, you’ll find a further two bedrooms to choose from, both beautiful rooms have zip-and-link super-king-size beds (can be twins on request) with en-suites. Up on the second floor is the elegant light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with panoramic sea views from the feature windows leading to the large balcony with new decking laid in October 2022. The kitchen is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with the local produce purchased whilst you have been exploring the area. When ready, the table is the perfect setting to gather around and enjoy a meal together in the centre of this magnificent room. After dinner, open the feature doors to let the outside in, listen to the soothing beach sounds whilst you relax on the comfortable sofas, plan your holiday activities, or watch the Smart TV with the standard Sky package. As the nights draw in, you can put on the feature wood burner effect gas fire for cosy, atmospheric evenings.

Relax on the second-floor balcony with stunning views from sunrise to sunset, enjoy al fresco dining at the table and chairs which are accessed from the lounge, or head down to ground level to the games garage with a football table. There’s also a lovely, enclosed garden with a lawn, picnic tables and the charcoal BBQ, and a gate that opens out onto the sandy beach and sea.
