Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton, all within 15 miles. Or visit the pretty beach of Watermouth Harbour (1 mile). Other attractions include the ancient Cliff Railway at Lynton and Lynmouth (15 miles).

The ground floor of the property offers the sleeping accommodation and bathroom, both of which are furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. The double bedroom (with room for a travel cot if required) features a Smart TV and ample storage, as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over and a WC with unique tiling and ambient lighting. The ash staircase leads up to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which again provides stylish feature lighting, toasty central heating fuelled by an air source heat pump, comfy sofas, a Smart TV, and a window seat with fabulous views out across the surrounding fields to the sea beyond. A dining table and chairs make for a romantic evening meal or morning coffee, and the kitchen has everything you need for hassle-free mealtimes.

Heading outside from the ground floor, there is an under-cover porch, and a door on one side houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The picket fence path from the front door wraps around the side of the property and up a short flight of steps to an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, making a pleasant place to enjoy a quiet drink in the sun, or an al fresco meal. A lawn area then leads to a small orchard, ideal for exercising your four-legged friends.
