The property has been cleverly designed in order to allow guests to take full advantage of the countryside views. Arranged in a reverse level lay out, you’ll enter on the ground floor where the bedrooms can be found. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom as well as a separate family bathroom, each featuring a shower over bath and WC. There are also two further twin rooms, making this a great choice for families. On the ground floor, you will also find a utility room with a washing machine. Heading upstairs, you’ll find the spacious, open-plan kitchen/diner with a table seating six people. the kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge is also on the first floor, which offers a Smart TV, electric fire and comfortable sofas so you can all relax together. A door from the lounge area leads on to a balcony, where you can enjoy al fresco meals and drinks while soaking up with far-reaching views over the rolling countryside.


Stepping outside, guests have their own patio, which has a BBQ/fire pit and outdoor furniture. There is also access to an expanse of shared lawns, with plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Guests also have access to a whole range of leisure facilities to keep the family busy, including free use of the shared heated indoor swimming pool (subject to availability). The onsite sports hall offers badminton, tennis, netball and football (no charges apply). Other shared onsite facilities include snooker and pool tables, table tennis, a skittle alley, squash courts and a five-a-side all-weather pitch. Children can enjoy playing in the large outdoor adventure playground with zip slides, or in the indoor soft play area with ball ponds, climbing areas, slides and its own coffee shop.
