From its terrace and its flowery garden without vis-à-vis, facing south, it offers a pretty view of the vineyards and the Drôme valley.
The estate's vast swimming pool (6 X 12 M) is surrounded by a large landscaped garden equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
The gîte Vigne has a private entrance which is accessed by an external staircase.
The private garden of the gîte is about twenty years away.
The gîte Vigne has two equipped kitchens: one in the gîte and another in the garden.

The village of Blacons, located less than a km away, has 2 restaurants, a bakery, a bar and a grocery store. The old village of Mirabel, accessible on foot in 10 minutes, offers a panoramic view of the Vercors mountains.
