It consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace.
-The living room features a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a Smart TV where you can enjoy a movie in complete peace and quiet.
-The kitchen is open-concept, and you’ll find everything you need to cook your favorite meal. It is equipped with: an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, frying pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, plates, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher.
-The bedroom is spacious and features a comfortable double bed, two nightstands, and a closet for storing your personal belongings.
-The bathroom features a shower stall, bidet, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries for each guest.
-The terrace is private, and you can enjoy the wonderful view of Milan it offers.
In addition, the apartment is equipped with completely free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the web or work remotely at full speed and without interruptions.
It is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER! YOU RISK BEING UNABLE TO ENTER!
Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.
PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.
There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.
There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

We also offer a crib for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
