The Villa Medici 06a vacation rental is centrally located in the historic spa town of Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom and combines the charm of a historic villa with easy access to the sea. This makes the vacation rental the ideal starting point for exploring the imperial spas and the entire island of Usedom.

The approximately 56-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the historic Villa Medici and welcomes its guests with a harmonious blend of classic interior design and a cozy atmosphere. Warm color accents, tasteful furnishings, and lovingly selected details create a pleasant ambiance that invites you to relax and unwind.

The open-concept living and dining area forms the centerpiece of the apartment. A comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area provides an additional sleeping option for a third person. The open kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen utensils you’ll need for a carefree stay. The adjacent dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals or a leisurely breakfast before an eventful day of vacation.

From the living area, you can step out onto the east-facing balcony, which is furnished with comfortable seating. Here you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning and start the day in a relaxed atmosphere. The balcony offers a pleasant spot for a cup of coffee or a quiet breakfast outdoors.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 meters) and a wardrobe, offering a pleasant retreat after an eventful day at the Baltic Sea. The cozy furnishings create a relaxed atmosphere and invite you to rest and unwind.

Of course, we’ve made sure your vacation gets off to a worry-free start: a basic supply of essentials will be ready upon your arrival, all beds are already made, and plenty of towels are provided for you.

An outdoor parking space right next to the villa, free Wi-Fi, a travel crib (without linens), and a high chair are also included, making this vacation rental particularly attractive for young families.
