You’ll have access to a chic apartment that offers:
A living room area with an open kitchen, a bedroom area, and a bathroom.
-Living room: very bright thanks to the large windows surrounding the apartment and the colors we’ve selected. You’ll find a sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, a dining table with velvet chairs, and a TV you can use after a tiring day to unwind a bit.
-Kitchen: open-concept and equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal. You’ll have access to a modern kitchen with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, sink, set of pots and pans, dishwasher, set of skillets, glasses, and silverware.
-Sleeping area: features a comfortable double bed with sheets, a comforter, and pillows, as well as a spacious closet where you can store your personal belongings.
-Bathroom: equipped with a spacious shower stall, bidet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, set of towels, and a complimentary toiletries kit for each guest.
The apartment is air-conditioned, and you can use the air conditioning free of charge.
It also features completely free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the web or work remotely at full speed and without interruptions.

In-person verification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with your digital keys.
*A €100 FEE WILL BE WAIVED FOR THOSE WHO LOSE THEIR APARTMENT KEYS.*

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.
PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.
There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.
There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

We also offer a crib for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
