You’ll find plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermarkets, and you can reach the Duomo in just 10 minutes by subway (M3), which stops right outside the building.

Thanks to the public transportation available near the apartment, you can reach any part of Milan in no time.

The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.
You can stay here as a couple, with family, friends, or even coworkers.

The Space
The apartment has just been renovated; it’s spacious and designed to meet every guest’s needs, ensuring an unforgettable stay.

It is very bright, thanks to the neutral colors that dominate the interior and its floor level; 5th floor with an elevator.

The apartment features:
a spacious living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a private bathroom.

-The living room features: a dining table, a SMART TV, and a sofa that converts into a sofa bed.

-The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare all your meals throughout the day.
You can use the refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, frying pans, pots, cutlery, plates, and glasses.

-The first bedroom is spacious and features a comfortable double bed and a closet for your personal belongings.

-The second bedroom features a single bed and a large closet where you can store your personal belongings.

-The bathroom has a bidet, toilet, sink, shower stall, hair dryer, a washing machine that you can use for free, and complimentary toiletries provided by us.

-The balcony is private, and you can enjoy the view of Milan.

It features free Wi-Fi with speeds up to 1 Gbps, perfect for business video calls, downloading large files, browsing social media, or simply watching a movie.

Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we’ll give you your digital keys.

DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER! YOU RISK BEING UNABLE TO ENTER!

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an additional fee of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only 20€.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
For separate beds, we require advance notice, and there is a charge of 15€.
