The property accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children, and please be aware that the top bunk beds are reserved for children only, with no exceptions. Another wonderful stay at this gorgeous property! Plenty of room for six adults and three kids. We used the pool daily and enjoyed dinners in the covered porch. The view of the bay and the iconic sunsets were loved by all. A short drive away from beautiful beaches and yummy seafood and ice cream. I highly recommend this property to large groups looking for a relaxing vacation!

My family and I had a good stay. The downfall was the mosquitoes. They were everywhere thank goodness for the screened in porch. The pool could have been cleaner although it was a great addition. The kitchen had all of the amenities required and the bbq was perfect.

Nice clean cottage and property with nice beach and view. Close to attractions in Cavendish, Charlottetown, national parks and deep sea fishing (North Rustico etc.) The location allows reaching most of the island with a reasonable drive for day trips.
