Oceanfront 8BR with Pool, Hot Tub & Elevator
Stress Free Zone is built for the kind of Topsail trip where everyone comes: grandparents, cousins, kids, friends, and the people who want both beach time and their own corner to unwind. This oceanfront North Topsail Beach home sleeps up to 27 guests across eight bedrooms, seven full baths, and one half bath, giving large groups the rare mix past guests keep praising: room to gather, room to spread out, and water views from both sides of the house.
Set at 526 New River Inlet Road, the home puts the Atlantic just outside and sound-side sunset views behind you. The draw is not just size. It is the way the house works: three levels of furnished open and covered decks, a private heated pool, hot tub, whole-home elevator, game room, theater-style living room, and a kitchen repeatedly praised for handling large family meals.

Living Spaces
The main living area brings the group together around a large sectional, two side chairs, a huge HDTV, and a theater sound system facing the ocean view. Guests have repeatedly called out the home audio, surround sound, and deck speaker setup as part of what made the house fun for a crowd. For kids, teens, and late-night games, the separate game room includes Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, and a large ice maker nearby for beach and pool coolers.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is designed for real group cooking, with abundant wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a glass-tile backsplash, and six blue bar stools for casual seating. Past guests consistently praise the kitchen as well stocked for large families, which matters in an eight-bedroom house where breakfasts, beach lunches, and big dinners can all happen under one roof. The dining area brings in bright color and personality, with enough visual energy to feel like vacation without losing the practical flow of the room.

Outdoor Living
This is where Stress Free Zone earns its name. Three levels of furnished decks give guests places to drink coffee, read in the shade, listen to the water, or watch the day shift from ocean light to sound-side color. The private heated pool is typically open from May through October, and the hot tub gives the group another place to relax after beach time. An enclosed outside shower helps keep sand outside, and the oceanfront setting keeps the beach close enough for easy back-and-forth days.
