This 85m² apartment sits just steps from the shoreline in Cala Sant Vicenç, one of Mallorca's most sheltered and scenic coves. Designed for couples or small families, it offers two well-appointed bedrooms, a double with its own full bathroom and a twin room served by an independent shower room. The kitchen comes fully stocked for self-catering, from a fridge-freezer and oven to a dishwasher and filter coffee machine, while the air-conditioned living-dining area stays cool and comfortable, complete with TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

Light pours into the living space through wide doors that open onto a furnished terrace, where sofas and sun loungers invite lazy afternoons with a book or a long lunch outdoors. A second terrace at the rear adds extra room to relax, with its own barbecue for evening meals under the stars. It's a layout built for slowing down, whether that means a quiet coffee at sunrise or a sociable dinner after a day at the beach.

The location does the heavy lifting here: Cala Molins sandy beach and the rocky Cala Carbó cove are both just 100 metres away, with a supermarket 200 metres from the door. Pollença's town centre sits 6km away, a golf course 9km out, and Palma Airport around 60km. A welcome pack is included on arrival, making this an easy, relaxed base for exploring Mallorca's northern coast.
