Champions Gate is a convenient and well-maintained resort community located just minutes from Central Florida’s top attractions. The home is ideally located within walking distance of the Oasis Club, where guests can enjoy resort-style amenities including pools, a lazy river, dining, fitness, and entertainment options.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area, visiting Walt Disney World, enjoying nearby restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and other Central Florida attractions. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area.

1. Maximum Occupancy

Maximum of 12 overnight guests.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
No additional overnight guests without prior approval from the host.

2. No Parties or Events

No parties, events, weddings, receptions, or large gatherings are permitted.
The home is located in a residential vacation community, and excessive noise or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
Unauthorized parties may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

3. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please keep music, conversations, televisions, and outdoor activity at a respectful volume at all times.

4. Pool & Safety

Guests use the private pool at their own risk.
Children must be supervised around the pool at all times.
No running, diving, or glass containers in the pool area.
Please do not move or remove pool safety equipment.
Pool furniture must remain in the pool area.
Pool gates/doors must remain closed when the pool is not being supervised.

5. Community Amenities

Guests must follow all ChampionsGate/Oasis Club rules, including pool, waterpark, lazy river, fitness center, arcade, restaurant, and other amenity rules.
Community amenities are subject to availability, operating hours, weather, maintenance, and community policies.
Guests are responsible for any amenity access requirements, wristbands, reservations, or fees imposed by the community.

6. No Smoking or Vaping

No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use inside the home.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping devices.
Smoking is not permitted near open doors or windows.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if smoking occurs inside the property.

Pets are not permitted

8. Respect the Property

Please treat the home, furniture, appliances, electronics, pool equipment, and décor with care.
Do not move indoor furniture outdoors or rearrange furniture without permission.
Do not remove household items from the property.

9. Parking

Guests must park only in designated parking areas.
Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, neighboring properties, or community access areas.
Vehicles must comply with all ChampionsGate community parking regulations.

10. Security & Safety

Do not disable smoke detectors, alarms, cameras, or other safety equipment.
Exterior security cameras may be present for property security.
Never tamper with or cover exterior cameras.

11. Trash

Guests are responsible for placing trash in the designated containers according to the property`s trash collection instructions.
Please do not leave trash outside the home, in the pool area, or in common areas.

12. Grilling

If using the grill, please follow all posted safety instructions.
Never leave a grill unattended while in use.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use and reporting any problems.

13. Damage & Missing Items

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their group.
Please report accidental damage or maintenance issues to the host as soon as possible.
Do not attempt major repairs yourself.

14. No Illegal Activity

Illegal drugs, illegal activities, weapons prohibited by law, and other unlawful activity are strictly prohibited on the property.

15. Check-Out

Check-out time is 10:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Please leave the property in reasonable condition and follow the check-out instructions provided by the host.

16. Community Rules

Lola’s Oasis Retreat is located within a managed residential community. Guests must comply with all ChampionsGate community and HOA rules in addition to these house rules.
Violations of community rules may result in fines or other penalties for which the guest may be responsible.

17. Reservation Holder

The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must remain responsible for the reservation and all members of the group.

18. Violation of House Rules

Serious violations, unauthorized parties, excessive disturbances, smoking inside, or illegal activity may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or additional charges for damages, excessive cleaning, or community fines.
