Sea Colony is a premier oceanfront resort and residential community in Bethany Beach, Delaware, offering a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 12 swimming pools (including indoor facilities), world-class tennis and pickleball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
