Living & Dining with a View
The heart of the home is the expansive living area, framed by massive windows that offer views of Salmon Lake. Step across the radiant floor heating to keep cool Maine evenings blissfully cozy and sink into the sectional. The fully equipped kitchen features nice finishes, premium appliances, and a beautiful layout that allows the chef of the family to stay connected to the conversation while overlooking the water. The Moca Master coffee maker is ready to make the perfect cup!
The Outdoor Oasis
Step outside into a massive, park-like yard wrapped in deep privacy. Your private yard features a spectacular, oversized custom fire pit designed for stargazing and s’mores nights. When the evening brings out the local lakeside bugs, retreat to the elegant, fully screened-in gazebo—the perfect spot for a late-night board game, a glass of wine, or reading a book to the sound of the loons.
Perfect Layout for Two Families (Sleeps 8 Comfortably)
Designed intentionally for group privacy and seamless shared living, the home features a flexible layout that effortlessly accommodates up to 8 guests:
Main Level: In addition to the kitchen and living room there is a bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed city (3 sets of bunk beds). Off of bunk bed city is the large bathroom with laundry. There is also a bathroom off of the kitchen.
Upper Level: Upstairs there is a queen bedroom with a half bath. There is a secondary lofted media den with a futon and a reading lounge.
Private Docking: Seamless access to the water for swimming, fishing, or securing a boat rental from the local marina.
