On the 1st floor, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area, and sleeping area
On the top floor, a living room with a sofa bed that can be unfolded as needed and access to the solarium—a terrace where you can enjoy the absolute tranquility of the location and a view of the strait illuminated by the lights of Sicily. For your walks, we recommend visiting the National Archaeological Museum, located 600 m away and within walking distance. Among its many artifacts are the famous Riace Bronzes, the Metauros Vases, and the Dioscuri Group featuring Castor and Pollux. You can see everything in just over an hour. On the rooftop, there’s a lounge with a view of the Strait; The Aragonese Castle in Piazza Castello, 1.2 km away and also within walking distance, is a historic symbol of the city. Near Piazza Castello, you’ll find the Cathedral and the Church of the Ottimati, built in the Byzantine style, with its unmistakable red dome, visible from various points throughout the city; The Italo Falcomatà Promenade is Reggio Calabria’s main waterfront walkway, known as “the most beautiful kilometer in Italy”—as our great poet Gabriele D’Annunzio described it—thanks to its breathtaking view of the Strait of Messina and Sicily, with Mount Etna in the background; and finally, the Bergamot Museum, which is a true treasure for the collective memory of Calabrians—and Reggio residents in particular—as it allows visitors to take a step back in time and retrace the history of the cultivation and processing of this citrus fruit.
