Adjacent to the owners’ residence, access to the property is via a shared entrance secured by an electric gate. From there, a staircase leads to the cottage, offering complete privacy. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room (featuring a sofa bed that sleeps two). Two cozy bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed, ensure restful nights. A bathroom and separate toilet complete the layout, along with a small laundry room with a washing machine (on the landing). Sheets and table linens are provided; bath linens are available for rent. Outside, you’ll enjoy a courtyard and a small lawn area. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and lounge chairs invite you to make the most of sunny days. Parking is available on the nearby road (a narrow cul-de-sac), and the owners can assist with unloading. Your hosts—young retirees who are passionate about nature, especially birds—will offer you a warm and friendly welcome and will gladly share their knowledge of the region. Located near the village, the cottage offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and easy access to explore the treasures of the Beaujolais region.
