The kitchenette, with its private veranda, features a brand-new kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances: oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed to cook comfortably during your stay, including utensils and accessories.
The living area opens onto a second covered veranda, ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners with a glimpse of the sea. On a slightly lower level is the private sun deck, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing in complete tranquility.
The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a view of the garden and a versatile triple bedroom, which can be configured with a double bed and a single bed or with three single beds—ideal for families or groups of friends. Amenities: stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (for both sweet and regular coffee), microwave, pots and pans, dishes, and various kitchen accessories, clothesline, washing machine, iron, bed linens and towels, air conditioning, barbecue, and mosquito screens. A maximum electricity consumption limit of 10 kW/h per day, multiplied by the number of days of stay, is established for the tenant for the entire duration of the stay. If this limit is exceeded, the additional costs for consumption, calculated at €0.60 per 1 kW/h, will be charged to the tenant.
A security deposit of €500 is required.
