“This place was a little bit of heaven… if I could have given this rental more than five stars, I would have.” – Christi
Bring your friends, family, and four-legged companions for a relaxing stay at this beautifully renovated farmhouse in the heart of Kentucky Bourbon Country. Located right along the Bourbon Trail, this peaceful retreat sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 real beds and features a private hot tub, fire pit, propane grill, EV charger, and a large fully fenced backyard that's perfect for both kids and dogs.
Welcome to the perfect Bourbon Trail getaway. This charming 100-year-old farmhouse blends historic character with modern comforts, creating a warm and inviting space for bourbon adventures, horse country visits, family vacations, and weekend escapes.
Unlike many vacation rentals that advertise sleeping for 10 using pullout couches or air mattresses, our farmhouse comfortably accommodates larger groups with five actual beds, including custom queen-over-queen bunk beds. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas make gathering easy, while the bedrooms are tucked away for privacy and relaxation.
After a day exploring distilleries, horse farms, or downtown Louisville, unwind in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, challenge friends to a game of shuffleboard, or enjoy a handcrafted bourbon cocktail.
The large, fully fenced backyard provides plenty of room to play, relax, and enjoy the Kentucky countryside. Inside, you'll find Smart TVs throughout the home, board games, a fully stocked coffee bar, premium mesh WiFi with seamless coverage throughout the home and outdoor living spaces, and thoughtfully designed interiors inspired by Kentucky's bourbon and horse-country heritage.
Every detail has been selected with the guest experience in mind—from the bourbon-inspired décor and horse-country artwork to the comfortable furnishings and gathering spaces that make this home feel both memorable and welcoming.
Perfect for:
✔ Bourbon Trail vacations
✔ Family getaways
✔ Horse shows and equestrian events

The positives: Fun backyard with lots of things to do, the best coffee bar of any house we have rented, safe and quiet location. Most beds were comfortable, lots of seating at dining room table, fully fenced for our dog , the kitchen was very well stocked and had every pan pot or utensil we needed for cooking all of our meals there. There was plenty of firewood which was a big plus for our group. The negatives: The house was not the cleanest. The kitchen, in particular, needs a deep clean. The stovetop, oven and microwave were all very dirty. There were cigarette butts on the front porch and metal bottle tops and cigarette butts around the fire pit. We were happy to pick those up but at this price point the cleaning should be better. The closets and storage were disorganized and cluttered. We could only find 5 towels for the hot tub and very few extra towels in general so we had to do laundry. In saying that, we would stay here again. Great property overall and very good communication with managing company. Our outside trash cans filled up during our stay and I texted and they promptly sent someone to empty them.

The property was as advertised. It was well stocked and clean. The backyard was great! I lost every corn joke game but still had fun… Great location for the bourbon trail.

The home is well kept. Great host, well appointed house. Pet waste station in the backyard was a 10 out of 10. Very thoughtful, ice maker on counter, plenty of towels. Central location for the Bourbon trail.
