Please note that there is another home next door, connected to this property by a catwalk. The owner is not present during guest stays, and the home otherwise offers a private setting. The garage is located on the main level, with a staircase leading up to the home’s living space.



Things to Know

-This property is not pet friendly

-For an additional fee ($5 or $25 per week per person), you and your guests can also access a number of Sapphire Valley resort amenities including swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises..

-Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
