Access to the Property: The last 300 meters leading to the house are on a rustic dirt road. The road is fully passable for any type of vehicle (sedan, SUV, or pickup truck); we simply recommend driving at a slow speed.
100% Family-Friendly Environment: The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. To maintain good relations with the neighbors, we have a strict quiet hours policy starting at 11:00 PM.
Noisy parties or large, disruptive events are not permitted.
Pet Policy: In order to keep the facilities spotless and allergen-free for all our future guests, unfortunately, pets of any kind are not allowed.
