Stylish 90 m² vacation apartment with a sauna – your temporary home in Karlshagen

Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen on the beautiful island of Usedom.

At the end of 2024, the living and dining areas were completely redesigned and furnished with high-quality, stylish furniture. With great attention to detail, we’ve created a space where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. This vacation rental is very close to our hearts—which is why we’ve furnished it just the way we ourselves prefer to vacation: modern, stylish, cozy, and with all the comforts you could wish for during a relaxing getaway.

Spanning a generous 90 m², you’ll find a bright, open living area with a modern kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable sofa arrangement. Here, you can cook together, relax, or wind down the day in good company.

The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. In addition to a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, you’ll of course also find a kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils.

Both bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable 1.80-meter-wide box-spring beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The spacious bathroom features a large, walk-in shower and a bathtub. A special bonus is the small sauna cabin—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or a bike ride.

The cozy balcony with lounge seating invites you to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the evening with a glass of wine. A high-quality Weber electric grill is also available for cozy barbecue evenings.

Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout your entire stay. A washing machine is also provided, offering added convenience—especially for longer stays or family vacations.

There is a free parking space right next to the house. For guests with electric vehicles, an electric charging station is also available. Bicycles can be stored safely in a lockable bike room—ideal for exploring the island of Usedom on its well-developed bike paths.

Families with small children are also very welcome here. A travel crib and a high chair are available upon request to make your vacation with the little ones easier.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Karlshagen is only about 700 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Enjoy long walks on the beach, relaxing days at the water’s edge, or explore the charming natural scenery of the island of Usedom by bike. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are also nearby, making your stay especially pleasant.
