"We didn't know this place existed… what a wonderful spot!"

We often hear those words here when someone walks up our shell-lined path out of curiosity.... Before you know it, you’ll feel right at home.

Welcome to Guesthouse In de Aap.
A small, hidden gem in the artists’ village of Bergen, where life moves just a little slower. Here, you’ll stay in charming accommodations, surrounded by a lush garden with cozy seating areas. Our guests often call it a “Secret Place.” Not just because of its peaceful location, but especially because of the relaxed atmosphere. Nothing is a must; almost anything is possible. You can read a book in the garden, walk to the center of Bergen, or bike to the beach and dunes. That’s what In de Aap is all about: casual enjoyment, pleasant conversations, and the feeling that you’ve stumbled upon a hidden gem.

- Even if you’re traveling alone, you’ll quickly feel at home here –

Maybe we’ll hear your footsteps on the shell-lined path soon, too.
