Property was really nice, clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Absolutely fabulous location to!

It was very warm - we had fans but it was still very warm

Great location and amazing view of London

Cleanliness could be better. Basic accommodation which requires upgrading as it is looking tired . Some fitted sheets rather than use of flat sheets which don’t stay on the bed would be better. Beds are not the most comfortable. A starter pack of at least sponges, tea towel etc. would make it more pleasant along with some cleaning implements etc. A hairdryer, can opener and scissors should be standard too. The videos for instructions to use appliances would have been helpful if they related to the appliances in the apartment! We managed to figure it out! The staff were efficiently responsive to their credit. The place does look better in photos.
