Overall the apartment was clean, new, had pretty much everything we needed, has the type of bathroom that dries out really well and can dry hung up wet clothes. Location is quiet and in a neighbourhood - Family Mart just around the corner. Bus to Shinjuku, many other connections possible. The supermarket on the main road close to the bus stop was great.
Note the room we stayed in (201) is cramped for two people, best for one person. The pictures showed a double bed in one photo and a single bed in another - the host was quick to confirm after my question, that it is one single bed (which was very comfy) and the second bed is a futon (which was just on the hard floor - I think futons on tatami floors are more forgiving!)

Peaceful and within walking distance of Nishi Shinjuku Gochome Station. The room has a kitchen and washing machine, making it feel like a home away from home. It also offers easy access to the train station. Self check-in was very convenient, and the staff were very responsive to my inquiries and concerns. I would definitely love to stay here again!

部屋がきれいで、周りも静かで夜はゆっくり過ごせました。新宿方面へのアクセスもよくて便利でした。
あと近くにコンビニがあって嬉しいです。
駅から少し歩くのでちょっと大変かも。
