The location and decor
It was a little hard to figure out the parking situation

We stayed at this property because of it's location in proximity to the American Airlines Arena. The property was located within easy walking distance to many attractions including the Perot Museum of Nature and Science and the arena was less than a 10 minute walk away. We were able to easily see the arena from our balcony. The building had a lovely pool and outdoor area on the 7th floor with beautiful views of the city. The 7th floor also had a complimentary coffee station (though you had to provide your own cup), a pool table, a small concession stand, outdoor kitchen which included a pizza oven, and a library with access to computers. The apartment was comfortable and also offered wonderful views of the city from its large balcony. The host was very communicative and were quick to resolve any issues.
