Pet-Friendly 2BR Near Garden of the Gods | 2 Baths + Parking

Very happy with the place. Great location: halfway between CO Springs & Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak.Suggestions: anti-slip mats in bath tubs,Sand down sharp edges on thresholds (hurt my feet!)Add lighting over sink area. Get sofas that aren’t like 4 individual chairs, consider pull out beds to sleep more people. I wanted to lay down on the sofa to watch TV and couldn’t due to arm rests/cup holders built into sofas.

The host, Tyler, was very accommodating. Very clean place and a great location

This condo was everything as listed,only thing was no commons area outside anymore.there is no oven so our biscuits and gravy was a no go but overall a great placeIt was very conviently located to so many places.garden of the God's,red rock canyon,the Manitou cliff dwellings,cave of the winds.pikes peak was not far.it was easy to go shopping in old Colorado city and Manitou springs,not far at all.there is a Safeway across the street,and sonic.you have a view of pikes peak and beautiful mountains from the front porch.the host was very quick to respond to any communication you may have.overall we enjoyed our 5 day stay and would highly recommend this place.

The title of this property should be "2 Bedroom 2 Bath Motel Efficiency" as this is a more accurate description. When I booked this, I expected an apartment so I was very disappointed when I opened the door and walked in. To be fair, if I had expected a very small motel efficiency, this place would have been fine so I thought I'd make my review show more of what to actually expect so you can make a more educated choice. It's very small, we figured about 190 sf total for the kitchen and living area combined. The only place to eat a meal is sitting on the couch where 2 people can utilize the coffee table- 4 of us sat with plates in hand and ended up eating most meals out. There is a small fridge and a 4 burner cook top plus microwave and coffee pot. The building is very old so there aren't many outlets- we had to move the coffee pot to the other counter just to plug it in. The main bathroom off the bedroom doesn't have much light. The ceiling fixture doesn't have a switch and the lights above the mirror partially worked. However, the shower was awesome! This entire area is older so most of the properties are as well. That being said, our location for stuff to do and restaurants was great. Considering the age of the property, the unit was clean and owners were easy to talk to. If you go into this with a better understanding of what to expect, I think you will be happy- it just wasn't what I was hoping for.
