Adjacent to the kitchen in between this area and the main living room, the dining area includes a table and additional seating for up to six if you would like a more formal space for dining.

Parking: There is parking for one car in Garage C and the parking spot is marked 3308. Additional parking is available outside in designated parking spaces only. Please note there is no parking allowed on the streets.
Common area amenities include common area outdoor hot tub, firepit, bike storage in garage for the summer, The common area garage has 220V EV charger but guest must provide their own charging cable.
