The house is just 5 minutes by car from St Quay Portrieux and Plouha, the nearest beach less than 15 minutes walk away.

The accommodation
You enter the living room and the kitchen is immediately on your left. The living room is bright thanks to the 2 bay windows facing N.O (sunset). The living room leads to two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140*190, the other with two single beds that can be pushed together 90*190), a corridor with separate toilet and a large bathroom. A cupboard/wardrobe, at your disposal, is located between the two. From the bay windows, you have access to the large terrace and its fully enclosed and landscaped garden.

Traveller access
The entire accommodations are available for you, as is the garden. There is a parking space suitable for a vehicle of any size.
