Guests enjoy full access to the entire house and outdoor property. A spa room with a massage table, sheets and oils can be unlocked on request with advance notice; we don't provide massage services, so please arrange your own therapist.

Please note: This is a private HOA community. Out of respect for neighbors, large gatherings and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted; the home is best suited for families and groups seeking a peaceful getaway. One of the second-floor bedrooms is reached by walking through another bedroom, so the home works best for families or close friends. Up to two dogs under 30 lbs are welcome for a $65 pet fee. This is a rural area, so you may see wildlife and occasional weather-related power or internet outages can occur (a generator keeps essential services running). From November through April, an AWD or 4WD vehicle is a strict requirement, and cars must be parked inside the garage so the snowplow can clear the driveway.
