Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before a reservation can be confirmed.
The condo association requires a guest application and approval prior to arrival. Applications must be completed and returned within 4 days of booking to avoid cancellation. The required $100 application fee is included in the booking cost.
