* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house.
* Evidence of smoking indoors will incur additional cleaning fees.

### No Parties or Events

* Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
