The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Drinking water was already supplied, the property owner met me to give me the keys and gave me a tour, and also checked in to water plants/empty garbage. Very convenient location, and very affordable, and very comfortable. The water pressure was also great as well as the Wifi.
Sometimes the temperature of the shower fluctuated (I assume due to other people using the facilities in the apartment building, and shared water pipes, etc.), but it didn't run out of hot water. There also are a lot of ants, so you should not leave anything out (I put my trash inside a plastic bag and tied it before throwing it away). Also, there were some mosquitos. But as long as you plug the mosquito repellent into the wall, the problem resolves.
