Just perfect. Tge staff was more than friendly and they really care about guests. In the room you find everything you need and even more. In the receptiib hall you can get always coffe, thea, limonade, snacks. And at check out you get even a bag with Coke and snacks..Really great.

Everything was great. The staff are amazing. They're extremely helpful, generous and don't hesitate to help or explain whatever you need. Even with the language barrier. They've got their language translation apps and so do I. I'm grateful for that because we were able to communicate this way. There was an issue where one of the maintenance guys was being insanely loud in the late evening. I was exhausted after a trip and trying to sleep. Every time my eyes shut, I was jolted awake by his obnoxious yelling. I went to the front desk and explained, and one of the sweethearts was so concerned by the whole thing. She came with me to show her the guy and she had some quiet up immediately. I am forever grateful for that because I was struggling that evening. Everyone there is beyond sweet. The cleanliness is top tier. Room service everyday and the room attendants are meticulous in their cleaning. The room attendant I had the pleasure in dealing with is so friendly and welcoming. She's so upbeat and fun to talk to. Even with the language barrier. A few days in and she downloaded a translation app so we can communicate a little quicker since it was just with mine initially and she's learning some phrases like "see you later". It's so cute. Having an American phone number, I could not figure out or get the washer/dryers to work. So I went to the front desk and explained and they activated them for me through their phones. No hesitation, always willing to help. I asked them what I owed them for this, because I assumed it cost money to do this but she told me it was free! The entire hotel is spotless. From the halls to the rooms to the reception area. I didn't hang out in the reception area since I was trying to explore the city as much as possible or catch up on sleep. But it's clean. They offer free teas, hot water, cups, sugar, stirring sticks and a microwave out there. The other guests there are very friendly as well.

The size of the room I had, the smallest one, is doable but if you're taller, it becomes a little more challenging. And not having windows makes you easily lose track of time. Not a huge negative but a strong preference to not have that in the future. Because I'll still take that small room 100% of the time over a hostel.
