Everything worked and it seems like a fairly new place. Very clean. A video detailing check in was sent a couple of days before arrival date.

This Airbnb had fairly complicated check-in features and I would not recommend it to anyone who has troubles with technology. Also, Naples is a complicated and kind of stressful city, which is not the fault of the Airbnb hosts, but the combination made this a more stressful check-in the normal. For example, the elevator requires Dimes to operate and we ran out of Dimes before we were finished loading so we had to carry our luggage to the fifth floor. Also, there was a computer glitch that prevented us from checking in, which was not our fault. We arrived in the middle of the day on a Saturday and we were able to quickly resolve the issue with a phone call to our hosts. However, if it had been in the middle of the night and they hadn't answered we would have really been in a pickle. The Airbnb is very Spartan. The picture shows 4 pillows but really only 2 were provided. It was accurate in showing that there are no blankets.
