As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a bright, spacious corner residence featuring an open floor plan designed for relaxing and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill every room with natural sunlight and open onto a large wraparound balcony overlooking the charming streets of Versalles—a neighborhood that's both peaceful and full of life.

Unlike a typical vacation rental, Casa de Esquina has been thoughtfully furnished as a home, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout your stay. The generous living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped custom kitchen, making it easy to prepare everything from a leisurely breakfast and morning coffee to sunset cocktails and dinner with friends.
After a day of exploring Puerto Vallarta, unwind in the comfortable living room while enjoying the 75-inch Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps. A Fire Stick is also provided so you can stay connected to many of your favorite shows from home.

Primary Suite
The private primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed, beautiful décor, and plenty of closet space to make longer stays especially comfortable. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower with a relaxing rainfall showerhead, along with a separate water closet for added privacy.

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, its own private balcony, generous closet and storage space, and convenient access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Additional Amenities
For your convenience, the condominium also includes a full-size washer and dryer.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
