Would definitely stay here again, but probably on the other side of the building. Street noise on Palafox is a big factor when the bars, shouting partiers, and loud music are inescapable at 2:30 am on the weekends. Place is gorgeous, perfect in every way otherwise. If you have small kids or would be bothered by noise until well after midnight you will need a noise machine. Super helpful about every need we had. Gorgeous, spotless, comfy, chic!

We used the gym and walked across the street for good coffee in the mornings. However, the property is across from a very raucous bar that is packed from 8:00 pm till 3:00 am. The crowds are loud and in the street, along with the music. Apparently the thing to do if you are young and in Pensacola is to drive by the bar and rev your engines all night. When this happens, the crowd comes into the street and cheers. Sleep was near impossible. And, kudos to the bar, they pressure wash and clean the street, at 7:00am. This too, prohibits sleep. I would stay at the property again, it was great, but I'd have to be in a unit on the parking lot side of the building. The owners must have known, but didn't disclose. We found earplugs in a drawer the morning we left.

It had great access to everything one might want in Downtown Pensacola. The team that handles the rentals are awesome to work with!
