Had some cleaning issues, but they were easily reconciled and there was great communication with the leasing company

By the basement windows in the backyard, there are large (4 foot?) holes that I imagine provide emergency escapes from the downstairs bedrooms. One didnt have a cover at all while the other's was broken, resulting in large holes a small child or pet could be injured if they fall into the space. The pots and pans are in terrible shape with lots of coatings coming off - not particularly safe to cook with. A bathroom door was falling off the hinges too, with multiple screws missing. The house is pretty big with lots of space and places to sleep! While the mattress covers bothered some of our family, the beds were clean and the surprise of two twins on adjustable bases was a huge help for the family member who was recovering from surgery!
